BankservAfrica, an automated clearing house in Johannesburg, needed to modernize internal communications after years of relying on email only and to boost engagement among remote and non-desk staff. They selected Netpresenter’s omnichannel communication platform—including a mobile app, screensavers, digital signage and the Alert module—to deliver a seamless, push-button experience and replace lengthy organization-wide emails.
Netpresenter implemented its app, screensavers and digital signage (with SharePoint and YouTube integration) so employees can access news, videos and policy updates on their preferred channel. As a result Netpresenter now helps BankservAfrica reach about 400 remote, non-desk and office workers, creates a social-media–like interaction that increases engagement, and provides measurable readership and engagement statistics as well as emergency-alert capabilities.
