USG, the Utility Support Group responsible for utilities at the Chemelot Site in Geleen, needed a faster, easier way to communicate with production and office staff across the site. To solve this, USG implemented Netpresenter’s screensavers on all laptops/desktops and digital signage screens to reach employees and visitors with timely corporate, safety and engagement messages.

Using Netpresenter, Communications Officer Helen Biermans publishes a balanced mix of need-to-know and nice-to-know content—from COVID-19 safety reminders to director video updates—boosting engagement and driving people to the intranet. The Netpresenter deployment reaches about 90% of staff via screensavers and the remaining 10% plus visitors via digital signage, increased intranet visitors, faster information flow, and measurable improvements in staff awareness and safety.
