Sky Lakes Medical Center, a not-for-profit, community-owned acute-care teaching hospital serving more than 80,000 people across a 10,000-square-mile area, faced difficulty reaching frontline clinicians in real time using overhead announcements, email, and posters. To solve this gap, Sky Lakes implemented Netpresenter as its primary communication channel on all PCs and several TV screens.

Netpresenter deployed 1,500 screensavers on PCs, TV messaging and instant alerts to publish downtime notices, cybersecurity guidance, wayfinding and staff recognition directly into clinicians’ workflows. The vendor’s platform provides immediate, trackable messages (showing how many computers received and read each alert), lets staff quickly validate system restorations, and has measurably improved staff awareness, engagement and timely communication—so much so that management plans to expand Netpresenter’s use.
