Case Study: Janssen-Cilag achieves real-time, bilingual Benelux-wide internal news delivery with Netpresenter

A healthy internal communication with Netpresenter and SharePoint

Janssen-Cilag, part of the Johnson & Johnson family, needed a reliable way to share critical corporate news across its new Benelux SharePoint intranet so office staff and visitors stayed informed and engaged. To meet this challenge they used Netpresenter to extend intranet publishing to digital signage, displaying news on about 550 PC screens and several large TV screens across their Tilburg (NL) and Berchem (BE) offices.

Netpresenter linked directly to SharePoint so intranet items are automatically published to screens (publish by ticking a box), with content available in both Dutch and French. The solution created a single source for updates, saved time by eliminating double publishing, increased readership of internal news, and helped employees feel more informed and committed — all supported by responsive Netpresenter IT cooperation during rollout.
