Reaching Every Employee at Kugler – With or Without a PC

Kugler Precision, a global leader in ultra-precision technology, needed a better way to reach its roughly 110 employees across offices and production areas. Existing channels like email, bulletin boards, and meetings were not reliably informing everyone, especially employees without regular PC or email access. Netpresenter helped Kugler address this communication gap with digital communication tools.

Kugler implemented Netpresenter’s Corporate Screensavers on PCs and Digital Signage on TV screens to create a central, visual communication channel for internal news, events, and client visits. The result was faster, more targeted, and more visible communication, with employees without PC access now reliably informed. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, internal surveys showed messages reached employees more quickly and effectively, and Kugler plans to manage all internal communication through Netpresenter going forward.
