Lil Packaging, a major European manufacturer of cardboard envelopes and specialist packaging, faced a significant administrative challenge. Netmatter implemented a streamlined international ecommerce solution for Lil Packaging, built on Magento. The project included a multi-store setup, a custom integration with their on-premise EFI ERP system, and the development of an industry-leading web-to-print solution. The results were substantial, with Netmatter successfully migrating 20,000 SKUs and redirecting 100,000 URLs to create three unified B2C websites, greatly improving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
