Cisco WebEx, the enterprise video and web conferencing leader, wanted to use content syndication to build thought leadership and generate more and better-quality sales leads. To meet those goals, Cisco WebEx tested multiple vendors and looked for stronger lead volume, improved conversion/SAL rates, reliable delivery cadence, and flexibility in targeting. NetLine Corporation was selected to support this lead generation effort.
NetLine Corporation implemented a CPL-based content syndication program using white papers and e-books, qualifying leads with custom form questions and delivering them three times per week. The program produced a high volume of qualified leads on time, improved Cisco’s sales accepted lead rate, and helped campaign conversion rates rise above expectations. Cisco WebEx reported that the leads were high quality and converted better than anticipated.
