Case Study: Citrix achieves 65% cost savings and better UX with Netlify

A Netlify Case Study

Preview of the Citrix Case Study

Citrix delivers better UX with less overhead using JAMstack and Netlify

Citrix, a global provider with docs.citrix.com serving more than 3.5 million users a year, needed to replace a slow, costly, and hard-to-manage legacy documentation system. Their previous enterprise CMS created poor user experiences, broken localization workflows, publishing challenges, and high ongoing platform costs, prompting the team to look for a more agile approach with Netlify.

Using Netlify as the platform for a JAMstack-based docs site, Citrix migrated more than 150,000 files in eight languages, supported by one administrator, along with tools like Markdown, Bitbucket, Jekyll, and Jenkins. The new setup cut costs by 65%, improved page-load and publishing performance, enabled offline authoring and better search, and helped raise user satisfaction while meeting an accelerated migration deadline three months early.
