Infracom, a Verona-based ITC services provider with about 500 employees, four datacenters and a 9,000 km fiber network, was struggling to give clients transparent, real-time visibility into performance against diverse Service Level Agreements (SLAs). As more customers demanded up-to-date SLA reporting, the company needed a way to integrate IT and business views and provide timely, trusted information.
Working with partner Hogwart, Infracom implemented NetIQ Operations Center to deliver real-time tracking of errors and SLA compliance, plus dashboards storing both historic and current data. The solution went live in six months, halved the time to produce final SLA reports, enabled real-time client views of availability, sped fault resolution and improved overall customer satisfaction.
