ViaDirect, a France-based developer of digital wayfinding software for touch kiosks, needed a better way to handle reporting, forecasting and email-driven client communications. To solve that, they chose NetHunt CRM — a Gmail-integrated CRM — to centralize email threads, lead data and pipeline visibility across their sales team.
NetHunt CRM was implemented as an in-Gmail solution (with Zapier integrations) using views and filters, linked communication history and shared “business review” lists so teams can edit leads in bulk. As a result ViaDirect gained clearer reporting on lead volume, prospects-to-close and win/loss reasons, improved data reliability across managers, and adopted NetHunt across 14 users in their 63-person company — a tool they’ve relied on since June 2017.
