KEP Consult is an Austrian reseller and consulting firm that helps businesses find solutions for sustainable growth across telecom, energy, software and hardware sectors. The team struggled with managing multi-year partnership agreements and quickly surfacing client profiles (job changes, contact details and past communications) using Excel, and needed a CRM that would organize their database, make profiles shareable and integrate with Gmail and Google Calendar. KEP Consult selected NetHunt CRM to address these needs.

NetHunt provided full Gmail/G Suite integration, flexible custom fields, Google Drive linkage for paperwork, and configurable views and pipelines. As a result, client information is available directly in email, Calendar and Hangouts, the team can track sales performance and best-selling products, run forecasts by rep/product/time period, and run effective bulk email campaigns; this has improved sales tracking, enabled cross-/upselling and helped retain clients. NetHunt’s tools are used daily by the KEP Consult team (5 users) since April 2017.
