OneThreeOneFour is a Singapore-based global wedding photography service that coordinates shoots across multiple countries, but as their sales volume grew they found information scattered across email and WhatsApp and needed a CRM that lived inside Gmail. After testing Streak and HubSpot, they selected NetHunt and its CRM built into G Suite to better organize leads and manage a geographically dispersed team.

NetHunt helped OneThreeOneFour consolidate every lead into records, add custom fields and targeted views, and standardize processes across sales managers so handovers and remote collaboration are seamless. The implementation (4 NetHunt users within a 7-person company since March 2019) gave the team a single view of the sales pipeline, improved service and sales efficiency, and was supported actively by NetHunt’s team led by Anastasia.
