How to Support the World's Largest Community of Product Managers With NetHunt CRM

Mind the Product runs ProductTank, the world’s largest community of product managers, and needed a CRM that wasn’t built for sales teams — one that could manage “city” records and “organiser” profiles, integrate with Gmail/Google Sheets, and scale volunteer-run meetups across continents. To solve this, Mind the Product selected NetHunt CRM, a Gmail‑native, customizable CRM that fit their lightweight, email-centric workflow.

NetHunt was implemented by coordinator Jase Clamp for its Gmail integration, customization and ease of setup, and was connected via Zapier to MailChimp and the Mind the Product website so signups and communications flow directly to city coordinators. The outcome: Mind the Product (team size 200, 9 NetHunt users, customer since August 2019) now manages ProductTank operations globally, uses NetHunt reporting to gauge onboarding length, and has streamlined communications and coordination across dozens of cities.
