A NetHunt Case Study
Toiora NZ, an education development organisation in Whakatane supporting 16–24 year‑old high‑risk youth, needed a way for coaches to capture deep, actionable learner information so they could make informed life and career decisions. After experience with other platforms, director Jonty Fernandez chose NetHunt and repurposed NetHunt CRM as a “Customer Knowledge Management” system to centralise profiles, engagement and rewards data.
Using NetHunt, the six‑person Toiora NZ team (six NetHunt users, customer since March 2020) created dozens of custom fields and an onboarding questionnaire, rolled out the Gmail‑integrated CRM with minimal training, and automated error‑free reports. Those reports are exported into clear graphics and regularly shared with New Zealand lawmakers to help shape policy, delivering measurable improvements in profiling, accountability and data‑driven decision making powered by NetHunt.
