whym partnered with Netguru to relaunch its real-time interpretation app for travellers and tourism businesses. The customer needed to rewrite an existing live app for the App Store and Google Play, add payment functionality and online calls with interpreters, and make the experience appealing to both individual users and businesses.
Netguru delivered a redesigned and rebuilt version of the app after running a detailed product review, cognitive walkthroughs, and a solid QA process. The result was a more usable and visually polished app with better pricing presentation, and whym launched the new version within three months. The project produced 91 design screens, supported 20 languages, and helped grow the user base connected through InterpretersPortal.
