Transterra Media - Customer Case Study

Transterra Media, an on-demand digital media platform, needed to shift its customer outreach from a sales-driven process to a self-serve web experience. The company wanted an easy-to-use marketplace where users could browse curated video and photo content, buy what they needed, and streamline communication between content producers and media experts. NetGuru was brought in to support the UX and product design effort.

NetGuru delivered UX designs for a new web portal and mobile app, reworked the platform for better stability and responsiveness, and integrated Salesforce. It also developed new iOS and Android applications, helping Transterra Media expand to mobile and strengthen its offering as a global media marketplace. The result was a platform used by major news organizations including BBC, CNN, Vice, Time, The Guardian, and others, with Transterra Media also recognized as a Red Herring Top 100 Global laureate.
