the know, a provider of mystery shopper and insight services for luxury hotels, faced the challenge of building a web application from scratch. Their main hurdles included creating a system to connect three separate user databases for hotels, reviewers, and admins, while also designing an intuitive, brand-aligned interface to present data. They turned to the vendor, NetGuru, for this development and design work.

NetGuru assembled a team that used Ruby on Rails and React.js to build the MVP. The solution included user databases, functionalities for adding hotels and booking review opportunities, and three distinct dashboards. The results were delivered quickly; a lead-generating landing page was completed in just two weeks, and the full MVP was ready for commercial release in 4.5 months, meeting a critical business deadline for a major marketing event.
