Sococo, a company building an immersive virtual workspace for remote and hybrid teams, partnered with NetGuru to turn its concept into a reality. The challenge was to solve the significant problems of remote work, including a lack of in-person contact, artificial online interactions, and difficulties with work-life balance and team management.

NetGuru designed and developed Sococo's virtual office platform from the ground up. The solution included customizable avatars, various room types for different purposes, and features like messaging, spontaneous meetings, and a company directory to foster connection. This allowed the platform to replicate the benefits of a physical office remotely. As a result, NetGuru helped Sococo create a scalable product that blends the engagement of an in-person environment with the flexibility of remote work.
