The customer, Shine, aimed to make mental self-care more accessible and overcome the stigma surrounding mental health. They needed to evolve their initial chat-based concept into a more robust and personal-feeling well-being mobile application. They partnered with the vendor, NetGuru, for mobile app development using React Native to help achieve this.

NetGuru provided a comprehensive solution that grew from development to include UI/UX design, product strategy, and marketing consulting. Working in an agile manner, NetGuru became a trusted partner, helping Shine prioritize features, meet tight deadlines, and upgrade the app's core for better performance. The application, which offers daily meditations, challenges, and articles, was voted a Best of 2020 App Store app.
