PAYBACK, the world’s largest loyalty program, needed to simplify the experience across its mobile and web applications. With a complex platform architecture, inconsistent visual screens, and a need for smoother navigation and stronger alignment with brand guidelines, PAYBACK partnered with NetGuru to improve its customer loyalty apps and support better partner and customer engagement.

NetGuru worked with PAYBACK on a six-month redesign that included a joint design sprint, updated information architecture, unified UI across more than 120 screens, new geolocation features, and educational content. The result was a more consistent and usable digital product that improved customer experience, received positive feedback from PAYBACK, and helped create a stronger platform for future growth, all within the approved budget.
