eRecruiter, a popular recruitment management platform in Poland, needed to design and implement a fully fledged mobile app to extend its existing web solution. The challenge was to create a cross-platform mobile service that was visually compliant with their desktop app and brand guidelines. They engaged the vendor NetGuru for its mobile app design expertise.

NetGuru's solution involved a comprehensive design process that began with a Product Design Sprint workshop. They created user flows, wireframes, and a high-fidelity prototype, incorporating features like extended push notifications and biometric login based on user testing. Despite a backend compatibility challenge, the project was successfully handed over for development. NetGuru delivered a product that satisfied eRecruiter, who was interested in continuing the cooperation.
