CD Projekt launches cdp.pl in 100 days with NetGuru

CD Projekt, a major Polish game developer and retailer, needed to build and launch a local digital distribution platform within a strict 100-day deadline and without an internal development team. NetGuru was engaged to provide the full-stack engineering, project management, and ecommerce expertise required to deliver this complex project on time for a live launch event.

NetGuru developed the full platform, which included integrating with Microsoft Dynamics AX and building a custom PayU payment gateway. The solution was successfully launched on time as cdp.pl, meeting all business and budget goals. The platform received a great reception, attracting 30,000 users on its first day, and was built to allow for the quick addition of new features and product categories.
