OdA Gesundheit Zürich, an industry association for healthcare training, needed a digital solution to streamline the search and allocation of internship positions for students across numerous companies and schools. Netgen was engaged to develop a custom job portal to facilitate this cooperation and communication between these different parties.

Netgen designed and implemented a tailored web application using the Ibexa DXP CMS. The solution simplified workflows and communication, resulting in a platform that serves over 4000 students and more than 300 healthcare companies. Netgen also provides ongoing hosting and support to ensure the portal's continued operation and optimization.
