Horwood Homewares Selects Managed Service to Streamline their EDI Implementation

Horwood Homewares, a long-established cookware and homewares business, needed a better way to handle EDI after relying on an old single-PC setup that was time-consuming, error-prone, and made it hard to add new trading partners. Their existing provider was also costly and delivered poor service, so they turned to NetEDI and its managed EDI service, NeTIX.

NetEDI implemented the cloud-based NeTIX Managed Service, integrating inbound orders and outbound invoices with Horwood’s ERP system and eliminating manual printing and rekeying. The result was reduced man-hours, lower costs, improved service, and a more efficient, automated order process; Horwood also said staff productivity improved and more time was freed up for the business.
