Foley & Lardner, a global law firm with nearly 900 lawyers, has pursued a cloud-first strategy but faced challenges around cloud performance, secure recordkeeping, and seamless email filing. NetDocuments implemented deep product integrations, connectors to third-party tools, ndMail for predictive email filing, and ndFlexStore to offer storage in NetDocuments’ cloud, Foley’s data center, a client site, or Microsoft Azure. As a result, NetDocuments has improved synchronization of official records across tools, reduced friction for attorneys around email filing, and given Foley & Lardner the storage flexibility and security options needed to meet demanding client requirements and strengthen overall governance.
