Case Study: Keystone Law achieves secure, compliant offline access and agile remote working with NetDocuments ndSync

A NetDocuments Case Study

Preview of the Keystone Law Case Study

Fast-growing Firm Keystone Law, Leverages ndSync™ to Complement Progressive Technology Strategy

Keystone Law, now the largest dispersed law firm in the UK with 230 senior lawyers, needed reliable, secure access to client and matter information for a remote and frequently offline workforce. To overcome poor internet connectivity and support increasing internal and external collaboration, Keystone Law selected NetDocuments and its ndSync™ device‑synchronisation capability, integrating the cloud‑based DMS with the firm’s KeyedIn intranet.

NetDocuments implemented ndSync™ to provide Dropbox‑like bi‑directional synchronization, offline access, matter folder mapping to PCs, Macs and mobile devices, plus MDM controls and remote wipe, keeping content secure and compliant in the central repository. As a result, Keystone Law’s dispersed teams can create, sync and collaborate on documents anywhere, improving agility and client responsiveness while ensuring governance across the firm’s 230 senior lawyers.
