Adopting Cloud DMS Amid a Global Pandemic

Claro & Cia., a leading Chilean law firm of about 100 attorneys, faced poor user adoption, limited VPN-based remote access, and a need to strengthen cybersecurity while moving away from a 15-year on‑premises DMS. After evaluating options, the firm’s IT committee selected the NetDocuments Organize Solution (DMS and OCR) and broader cloud services to bring critical systems into the cloud and improve mobility and security.
