Quickteller Improves Engagement and Conversion by 66% with Netcore’s Smartech

Quickteller, one of Nigeria’s largest digital payment services owned by Interswitch, wanted to re-engage a large user base that had stopped transacting on its web and mobile platforms. The company needed a single marketing automation system to clean degraded contact data, improve communication with users, understand user preferences, and automate outreach more effectively. Netcore Smartech was brought in to help with its marketing automation suite.

Netcore Smartech implemented Smartech across website behavior tracking, intelligent email marketing, and automated reminders to create interest-based segments and deliver timely, personalized campaigns. The results were strong: Quickteller engaged 250,000 dormant users, reactivated more than 40,000 customers, improved email delivery rates from 92.4% to 99.7%, and increased email response from 0.75% to 1.25%, a 66% improvement. Interest-based trigger emails also re-engaged 13% of website visitors, delivering a 10x improvement over previous untargeted outreach.
