Ask Dabur, Dabur’s Ayurvedic telemedicine initiative, wanted to build trust and awareness for its “Ask Dabur” service, which offered online Ayurvedic consultation and medicine support. The challenge was to create credibility around telemedicine while making the brand top-of-mind as a trusted, expert source for Ayurvedic care. Netcore Smartech supported the campaign with mobile voice and SMS outreach.

Netcore Smartech implemented an outbound-dialing (OBD) voice push campaign, supplemented by SMS and a toll-free call center, to educate consumers and drive them to connect with Ask Dabur executives. The interactive IVR flow helped generate active leads and route customers to doctors or medicine orders. The campaign delivered over 7.5 lakh calls, 5 lakh successful calls, 2 lakh listeners pressing a key to connect, over 15 lakh SMS sent in the first three months, and more than ₹60 lakh in sales.
