Leading Healthcare Company, a major California-based academic health system, needed to upskill 240 employees in project management while helping them earn and maintain PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs) required for credentials such as PMP. The organization wanted customized, private training delivered onsite to improve project management skills, resource management, and overall operational performance without disrupting staff’s medical roles.

NetCom Learning delivered a private, custom Project Management Professional Essentials training program at the client’s location in 12 sessions of 20 learners each. The solution included certification-mapped materials, a PMI-certified instructor, and completion certificates awarding 24 PDUs per participant.
