U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, a defense logistics agency operating across 28 countries, needed to upskill its overseas IT staff in Windows 10 while meeting strict federal clearance and compliance requirements. The team had to earn the MCSA Windows 10 certification to remain in their on-base roles in Kaiserslautern, Germany, making secure, effective training essential.
