Walk-On’s Enterprises, a Louisiana–based restaurant group with 800–900 employees and more than 11 locations, faced fragmented HR data and reporting as it prepared for rapid expansion. The company struggled with manual, duplicate new‑hire entries across systems (previously using APS) and needed a platform that could handle flexible employee types like floaters. To address this, Walk-On’s partnered with Netchex and deployed solutions including NetRecruiter, NetGuide, Employee Self‑Service, NetBenefits and Manager Self‑Service.
Netchex implemented NetRecruiter and NetGuide to streamline hiring and onboarding, added an ACA Central Dashboard for timely, accurate IRS and employee reporting with FTE calculations, and provided automated labor‑cost analysis and overtime monitoring for managers. As a result, Walk‑On’s improved data integrity and onboarding accuracy, filled key restaurant and catering roles faster, eased ACA compliance, and gained proactive tools for staffing and cost control — all delivered through Netchex’s scalable HR platform.
