Scott+Reid General Contractors, a Texas-based construction firm with about 100–110 employees, was struggling after expanding to two cities: their ADP system left administrators with manual work tracking vacation, benefits costs, onboarding, and limited reporting. By shifting routine tasks to self-service and centralizing employee data, Netchex eliminated many manual processes, freed administrative time, improved communication and benefits enrollment, and increased employee engagement at Scott+Reid General Contractors.
