How Netchex’s integrated system connected Fidelity’s multiple branches into one cohesive company

Fidelity Bank, a mutual savings institution based in Louisiana with about 300–400 employees, was managing HR in-house and struggled with multiple disconnected systems, duplicate data entry, and time-consuming spreadsheet-based reporting. To address these challenges they selected Netchex, deploying services including Time & Attendance, Employee & Manager Self-Service, NetBenefits/NetCOBRA, Accruals and NetHire.

Netchex implemented an integrated, web-based HR system that consolidated employee records, automated alerts, and self-service tools. As a result, Fidelity can run common or custom reports in minutes instead of hand-compiling spreadsheets, managers receive PTO, review and license alerts on their home screens, employees can access paystubs and PTO balances directly, and overall data accuracy and communication between corporate and branches have improved while reducing manual errors.
