Netchex’s combined solution automated candidate vetting, moved new-hire paperwork online, eliminated duplicate data entry, and provided real-time timekeeping and labor reporting (including integration with M3). As a result HP Hotels gained visibility into cost-per-hire and job-board effectiveness, improved compliance, enabled employees to record time immediately, and reduced manual work—saving GMs about four hours every two weeks and helping avoid tens of thousands of dollars in labor costs.
