Champion Services, a Dallas-based community services provider with 90–100 employees serving people with intellectual and physical disabilities, found its previous provider Paychex lacking in key areas such as recruiting (manual application entry), time and attendance, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) processes. In 2015 Champion Services switched to Netchex and adopted Netchex’s suite — including Payroll & Tax, Time & Attendance, NetRecruiter, NetGuide, NetBenefits and ACA Central — to address those gaps.

Netchex implemented a single, web-based HR solution that automated the employee lifecycle: NetGuide handled automatic new-hire additions, onboarding task management and compliance; NetRecruiter streamlined job posting, candidate tracking and interview scoring; and NetBenefits simplified enrollment and benefits management, with payroll, COBRA and ACA functions consolidated. As a result, Netchex eliminated manual recruiting data entry and reduced administrative burden, giving Champion Services centralized control of HR processes and freeing staff to focus on client services instead of paperwork.
