Budget Dry Waterproofing, a Connecticut-based basement waterproofing and foundation repair company with 15–20 employees, faced payroll, HR and support challenges while using ADP (and previously Paychex). Concerned about cost, paper paystubs left around and privacy breaches, fragmented PTO tracking on spreadsheets, poor QuickBooks integration, and long service call wait times, Budget Dry switched to Netchex in January 2018 for a more software-based, paperless HR/payroll solution.
