Internet Marketing Inc. (IMI), working for client Zenni Optical, needed to boost brand awareness, organic traffic and online revenue by creating content that truly resonated with eyewear shoppers. The challenge was delivering personalized, engaging experiences based on real customer motivations and pain points, so IMI used NetBase social analytics to uncover audience emotions, behaviors and purchase intent.
Using those insights, IMI built an interactive “What Frames are Perfect for You?” quiz with eight personas mapped to trending frames and a dedicated landing page that drove product discovery. In the first six months the campaign generated 573K unique quiz visitors, 29K email subscribers, $1.1M in online revenue and a 9,655% ROI.
