Zajil Telecom, a Kuwait-based ICT and cloud services provider with a regional footprint, needed to build a new data-center infrastructure to expand its public cloud offering quickly—initially targeting Saudi Arabia—and required a partner and platform that would deliver rapid time to market, easy management, and high service levels.

Zajil deployed a FlexPod datacenter solution (NetApp storage + Cisco compute/networking) running Citrix CloudPlatform, using NetApp implementation services and a Cooperative Support Model. The platform reached production in three weeks, reduced administration effort, enabled seamless provisioning and high customer service levels, improved disaster recovery and storage efficiency, and gave Zajil a competitive, scalable foundation to grow and diversify its cloud services.
