KoçSistem Selects NetApp Clustered Data ONTAP to Bring Nonstop Services to Hundreds of Customers

KoçSistem, Turkey’s largest IT company, opened the Istanbul One data center in 2015 to host cloud and managed services for hundreds of customers across 12,000 m². Faced with rapid data growth, cost pressure, and the need for high availability and fast service agility, KoçSistem needed a storage solution that delivered scalability, flexibility, simple management, and non‑disruptive operations.

KoçSistem selected NetApp software and systems—notably NetApp clustered Data ONTAP running on a FAS8060 cluster—to deliver software‑defined storage with features like Flash Pool, FlexClone, SnapMirror, and SnapRestore.
