Ivancica is an award‑winning Croatian footwear manufacturer (Froddo) producing about 5,000 pairs daily and exporting to Europe and the U.S. The company faced slow SAP processing—some workloads took up to 15 minutes—causing production delays, poor reporting and impacting worker pay and responsiveness as it moved toward SAP HANA and a future SAP FMS rollout.
