Hospital Universitario Joan XXIII of Tarragona, a major teaching and care center in the Institut Català de la Salut, sought to renovate its data processing center to boost performance, scalability and security for highly sensitive patient data. The hospital needed a solution that would protect privacy, enable fast recovery from cyber incidents, and support future expansion and new services across multiple datacenters.
