Econocom Nexica embraces the hybrid cloud and enhances its offerings

Nexica, the Barcelona-based cloud services provider and part of Econocom, needed to scale its hybrid cloud offering while keeping infrastructure secure, highly available, and cost-efficient. To meet customer demand for fast provisioning, flexibility, and reliable performance across on-premises, private, and public cloud environments, Nexica relied on NetApp technology, including NetApp ONTAP Select and all-flash storage.

NetApp helped Nexica build a unified hybrid cloud infrastructure across its data centers in Madrid and Barcelona, with storage capacity reaching nearly 4PB and strong space utilization. As a result, Nexica can launch new services immediately, support pay-per-use resource models, and deliver the reliability and scalability required by customers in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, and hospitality.
