Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. (BEDAŞ), the leading utility operator in Turkey serving 4.7 million subscribers, needed to modernize IT after privatization to support high-volume billing, reporting, and CRM workloads (40 million reporting lines) and deliver fast, reliable online services in a competitive market.
