Sage CRM Serves Up Smooth and Consistent Communication at Yocream

Yocream International, Inc., a wholesale frozen yogurt mix and smoothie manufacturer, struggled to keep field sales reps and Portland-based managers aligned across the U.S. With no shared view of schedules, customer activity, or lead ownership, communication gaps were hurting productivity and making it hard to track sales opportunities. Net at Work helped Yocream address this by implementing Sage CRM alongside its existing Sage Accpac ERP environment.

Net at Work deployed a centralized Sage CRM database with Sage CRM Solo for remote users, allowing reps to sync customer and prospect data from laptops while on the road or offline. The result was better visibility for managers, stronger lead management, and increased sales growth. Yocream also added more users and another Solo Server after implementation, and the synced system reduced the risk of lost data if a laptop failed.
