Brothers Cleaners Irons out the Wrinkles with Sage MAS 90 and Sage ABRA HRMS

Brothers Cleaners, a family-owned dry cleaning business in Raleigh, North Carolina, needed help consolidating financial data across five separate entities and streamlining inefficient payroll and customer credit card processing. They worked with Net at Work, using Sage MAS 90 and Sage ABRA HRMS to better manage accounting, payroll, and reporting as the company grew.

Net at Work implemented the solutions in phases, automating core accounting, invoice imports from the POS system, and credit card processing, then adding payroll, HR, and attendance. The result was eliminated duplicate data entry, payroll brought back in-house, statement timing improved from around the 20th to the 5th of the month, receivables collection shortened by 10 to 15 days, credit card processing cut from several days to a couple of hours, and one year of payroll outsourcing savings more than covered the cost of ABRA.
