Facing a highly competitive market, the company needed complete end‑to‑end visibility into its multi‑vendor LTE EPC and legacy CDMA elements to proactively monitor user‑plane and signaling traffic (MME, P‑/S‑GW, Diameter), troubleshoot DNS and call‑trace issues, and control upgrade tasks without relying on manual packet captures.
