Pruitt Communications Uses NetScout's OptiView XG Network Analysis Tablet to Verify Network Readiness and Troubleshoot VoIP Deployments for Customers

Pruitt Communications, a Dothan, Alabama–based systems integrator that delivers VoIP and unified communications for enterprise, healthcare and government clients, struggled to cost-effectively validate network readiness and troubleshoot deployments. Without a single, automated testing solution they outsourced assessments (losing service revenue) and relied on a mix of complex tools and manual correlation that extended problem isolation and support cycles.

By adopting NetScout’s OptiView XG Network Analysis Tablet, Pruitt brought assessments in-house and used the tablet’s Network Performance Test and automated analysis to generate and measure traffic (including QoS testing up to 10GbE), quickly isolate root causes, and provide remote support. The change unlocked new assessment services and revenue, dramatically sped troubleshooting (from days to minutes), simplified reporting for customers, and improved overall VoIP deployment performance.
