The team needed a portable, easy‑to‑use testing tool that delivered fast, accurate root‑cause diagnostics so engineers could quickly determine where problems resided and reduce time spent troubleshooting.
Mitel deployed pre‑configured NetScout OptiView XG Network Analysis Tablets (alongside LinkRunner AT testers) to run end‑to‑end bandwidth, latency, jitter and QoS tests in under 15 minutes. The tablets pinpointed issues such as under‑provisioned bandwidth and lack of voice prioritization for a hospital and a clean‑energy customer, slashing diagnostic time and support costs, reducing travel and trouble tickets, and enabling new pre‑deployment and monitoring services.
