An elite Eastern European defense agency needed carrier- and government-grade monitoring to ensure high-quality mobile voice and unified communications for hundreds of critical users. Their 4G/LTE network required visibility into LTE/EPC interfaces and IMS/VoIP/VoLTE protocols, multi-call correlation and subscriber-perspective call quality metrics, but a small scope and tight government budget made deployment challenging.
